Phosphoric acid, also known as orthophosphoric acid, is a common inorganic acid. It is a medium-strong acid with the chemical formula H3PO4 and a molecular weight of 97.995. Not volatile, not easy to decompose, almost no oxidation. It has the commonness of acid and is a ternary weak acid. Its acidity is weaker than hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, but stronger than acetic acid and boric acid. Phosphoric acid dehydrates easily in air. Heat loses water to pyrophosphoric acid, and further loses water to metaphosphate. Phosphoric acid is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer and other industries, including as rust inhibitors, food additives, dental and orthopaedic surgery, EDIC caustics, electrolytes, flux, dispersants, industrial caustics, fertilizers as raw materials and components of household cleaning products, and can also be used as chemical agents.

The application of phosphoric acid in industry.
1.Phosphoric acid is a new and important chemical material, as well as an important chemical raw material, which has a wide range of industrial applications. Phosphoric acid can be used to treat metal surfaces, and in electroplating processes, a phosphate film can be generated on the metal surface to protect the metal; The use of synthetic chemical polishing machine on metal surfaces can improve the smoothness of the metal surface; Phosphoric acid is also the main raw material for many domestic washing products, insecticides, etc; Phosphoric acid can be used to produce flame retardant materials. Phosphoric acid can be directly used for aluminum polishing, steel rust prevention, metal cleaning, precision electroplating, etc. Some synthesis catalysts used in industrial production also require phosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid can also be used in industry as a phosphate, fertilizer, aluminum polishing agent, steel rust inhibitor, phosphating agent, metal cleaning agent, organic synthesis catalyst, and as a drying agent and latex coagulant in the production of dyes and intermediates.
2.Electronic grade phosphoric acid belongs to high-purity phosphoric acid and is widely used in microelectronic industries such as large-scale integrated circuits and thin-film liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD). It is mainly used for chip cleaning and etching. Its purity and cleanliness have a significant impact on the yield, electrical performance, and reliability of electronic components. Low purity phosphoric acid is mainly used for cleaning LCD panel components (panel level), while high purity phosphoric acid is used for cleaning and turbidity etching in electronic chip production processes (referred to as IC level). Electronic grade phosphoric acid can also be used to prepare high-purity phosphates, which are the main raw materials for high-purity organic phosphorus products. It can also be used as ultra-high purity reagents and fiber glass raw materials.
3.Phosphoric acid used in the electrical industry is used as a surface treatment and cleaning material for liquid crystal display screens.
4. Phosphoric acid can be used to remove rust by directly applying it to rusted iron, steel tools, or other surfaces. Phosphoric acid transforms red brown iron oxide (III) and Fe2O3 (rust) into iron phosphate and FePO4.
5. As a cleaning agent in the construction industry, it is used to remove mineral deposits, adhesive stains, and hard water stains.
6. Used as a buffer in biology and chemistry. For example, a buffer used for high-performance liquid chromatography.
7. As a pH regulator in cosmetics and skincare products.
8. Used as a dispersant in detergent and leather processing.
9. As a chemical oxidant for activated carbon production, used in the Wentworth process.
10. As an electrolyte in phosphoric acid fuel cells.
11. Use distilled water as the electrolyte in the hydrogen oxygen generator.
12. As a catalyst for the hydration of olefins to produce alcohols (mainly ethanol).
Application scenario
packing:
1000L packaging barrel (1700Kg/barrel), 200L plastic packaging barrel (330Kg/barrel), 25L plastic packaging barrel (35Kg/barrel), and container can. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated dedicated warehouse. It should be stored separately from toxic and harmful chemicals.
