Soya lecithin
Soybean Lecithin is a natural emulsifier obtained from the crushing of soybeans composed of a complex mixture of different continents. It can be used in the bio-chemical studies, also to make emulsifying agent, lubricant and as the source for phosphate and essential fatty Acids etc. Such as Bakery foods, biscuits, ice-cone, cheese, dairy products, confectionary, instant foods, beverage, margarine; Animal feed, Aqua feed: Leather fat liquor, paint & coating, explosive, ink, fertilizer, cosmetic and so on.
Application:
This product is a natural product extract from the raw soy. It is rich in lecithin (PC) cephalin (PE) inositol phospholipids (PI), which widely used in the medicine/pharmaceutical, food, animal feed and industrial emulsifying dispersant, mold release agent. And this product has the good emulsifying property, the shallow color and luster, the high activity and the good liquidity.

Application of soybean phospholipids in animal production
1. Prevention of fatty liver fish "nutritional fatty liver" seriously affects fish growth, meat quality and disease resistance.Fatty liver can lead to decrease of laying rate and increase of mortality. Phospholipids have emulsifying properties. Unsaturated fatty acids can esterify cholesterol and regulate the transport and deposition of fat and cholesterol in the blood. Therefore, adding a certain amount of phospholipid in the feed can make the synthesis of lipoprotein proceed smoothly, transport the fat in the liver and prevent the occurrence of fatty liver.
2. Improve the body fat composition of animals. Adding proper amount of soybean phospholipid to feed can increase slaughter rate, reduce abdominal fat and improve meat quality. The results show that soybean phospholipid can completely replace soybean oil in broiler diet, increase slaughter rate, reduce abdominal fat and improve meat quality.
3. Improve growth efficiency and feed conversion rate.Adding phospholipids to piglet feed can improve the digestibility of crude protein and energy, reduce diarrhea caused by dyspepsia, promote metabolism, improve weight gain and feed conversion.
Aquatic animals and fish need abundant phospholipids to form the components of cells during the rapid growth process after hatching. When the phospholipid biosynthesis can not meet the needs of larval fish, it is necessary to add phospholipid in the diet. In addition, phospholipids in feed can also promote the utilization of cholesterol in crustaceans and improve the growth and survival rate of crustaceans.
