Multiple Applications in the Oil Production Field

As an Oil Displacement Agent: APG0814 can serve as one of the components of oil displacement agents for enhancing oil recovery (EOR) in low-permeability oil reservoirs. It is capable of reducing the oil-water interfacial tension and altering the wettability of rock surfaces, enabling Raw oil to be more easily stripped from rock surfaces and displaced, thereby improving Raw oil recovery efficiency.

As an Emulsifier and Viscosity Reducer: During tertiary oil recovery and oil transportation processes, APG0814 can act as a high-temperature-resistant and high-concentration electrolyte-tolerant emulsifier and viscosity reducer. It can emulsify and disperse substances such as wax in Raw oil, reduce the viscosity of Raw oil, prevent wax precipitation, and ensure the smooth transportation of oil.

As a Demulsifier: APG0814 can be used as a demulsifier for oil-in-water (O/W) or water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions in Raw oil. It is applied in the Raw oil dehydration process to achieve more efficient oil-water separation, thereby improving the quality and output of Raw oil.

As a Foaming Agent: APG0814 exhibits excellent foaming performance in high-salinity water, so it can be used as a foaming agent in oil production processes (e.g., foam flooding technology). Through the plugging and oil-displacing effects of foam, it helps improve Raw oil recovery.
