Description
Soya Lecithin tiny Granules is a deoiled Soya Lecithin Granules with micronized granulation processing which has no adding any carrier or any additives. It is only a physical process. The is sourced from Non-GMO soy lecithin fluid with bleaching color.
Soy Lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids as phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidic acid. Purified phospholipids are produced according to the target applications commercially.
Soya Lecithin Granule has low solubility in water but is an excellent emulsifier. In an aqueous solution, its phospholipids can form either liposome, bilayer sheets, micelles, or lamellar structures, depending on hydration and temperature.

Storage Conditions
Store away from direct sunlight and strong oxidizing agents, in a dry area, with temperatures under 30°C.
Shelf life is approximately 18 months if stored in original packages. Use it as soon as possible after opening the original packaging. Prolonged exposure to air will absorb moisture.
