Soy protein
Soybean protein is a plant protein, whose amino acid composition is similar to that of milk protein. Except for a slightly lower methionine, the content of other essential amino acids is rich. It is a plant protein. In terms of nutritional value, it can be equivalent to animal protein, and in terms of genetic structure, it is also the closest to human amino acid, so it is the most nutritious plant protein. Soybean protein has the incomparable advantages of animal protein. Although soybean protein has little methionine, it does not contain cholesterol. Its unique physiological active substance -- isoflavone has the effect of lowering cholesterol.

Application
1. Application of soybean protein in pig breeding
Soybean protein can promote the growth performance of piglets. Soybean protein can replace part of fish meal. The main reason is that the amino acids in soybean protein are more balanced and easy to be fully absorbed by piglets. In addition, soybean protein contains physiological active substances such as isoflavones and active peptides, which can promote the growth and development of piglets.
2. Application of soybean protein in chicken breeding
Soybean protein has high protein content and can be used as an important protein feed material in chicken feed. However, soybean protein contains a variety of anti-nutrition factors, which will seriously affect the digestion and absorption of chicken. By treating soy protein, it can decompose the anti-nutrient factors and improve the digestibility.
3. Application of soybean protein in cattle breeding
Adding methionine to soy protein isolate can effectively improve the growth performance of calves. The growth rate of calves can be improved by replacing 60% milk protein with hydrolysate of soy protein isolate.
4. Application of soybean protein in sheep breeding
After 20 days of age, lambs gradually adapt to milk replacer, improve digestion and absorption ability, and then reduce diarrhea and promote their growth. The lambs were fed with 60% soybean powder instead of milk powder treated with fermentation acidification heating, and the apparent digestibility of other substances except calcium and phosphorus was higher.
